Weather: cooling off, still a little muggy
Comments:
I was going to go for another run, but was feeling a little discouraged after not making it in the heat this morning. So, I decided to go for a nice bike ride instead, which was really great and I ended up the hill going from the KAC to Aclands. Usually I'm terrible with hills so that was good. I'm trying to incorporate a lot more cross training this week, though I want a good amount of mileage too - I'll just see how it goes. My legs are feeling fine, I'm just in that mid-summer rut where I want to start doing faster runs with still the same amount of mileage, but at this point I'm trying to just be comfortable with the long runs and high mileage...
