Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a 13.5 mile trail race (half marathon) plus warm up. Was good for 7 miles but the heat, my sore foot and my lack of training caught up to me. My time from last year would have earned me $100, but today I was in 4th place for a while and then the last 6 miles got really tough. Passed by quite a few runners. So many hills! Had fun though. Time to rest for a few days, get healthy and then start training again!!
