Comments:
Well, its kind of hot out today. with this in mind, I made a route with many stoplight possibilities, starting at school and ending at my house. 42nd-> River->Wisconsin-> Van Ness -> Nebraska -> Utah -> Rittenhouse -> 29th. But it didn't turn out to be that helpful. I didn't stop at very many stoplights, and even when I did, it was so hot just standing there, that it wasn't really a relief.
I did 2 rounds of dead bugs, push-up progression, and superpeople for strength.
