Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Paulie J at the po today. Felt horrible at the beginning, I think I ate way too much dinner before I ran and I was dying. The other problem was that I forgot shorts at home, so I had to wear Pauls long shorts, and they were like 6 layers and weighted like 10 pounds. The secret to his success is that he wears weights on his legs everyday with all of that extra clothing. Paul dropped me and I was by myself after 2.5 miles. Then at 5, I hear someone yell "yo" from the woods and Paul is there doing the finishing touches on a "masterpiece". We then ran the final few miles at a decent pace and did strides. I felt much better then, so overall a solid day.
