Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Liam, Jackson, and Tristan. Fun to run with a GDS pack for a change. We went down Garfield, right on Cleveland, merged left on Calvert, and then turned right on the Connecticut bridge. Started going up Mass at Dupont Circle, and went right on Rock Creek Drive after going over Rock Creek and Potomac Pkwy. Went up the huge and painful Normanstone/Fulton hill, then went back up Garfield. Tristan and Jackson dropped off, and Liam and I got some water and headed back out. Did a Pilgrim Road loop with a trail detour, then did a lap around the Cathedral block from Mass (where Pilgrim Rd spit us out). I don't know what Liam is talking about--I mapped the run and ended up with 6.5 miles. But I trust him, so I took it down a few tenths. Felt a lot better after the water break, but still kind of a heavy, muggy run. The hill really killed me.
