Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run at STA today with Julia S, Emilia, May, Rhianna, 3 STA boys, and Anthony. We looped and turned in so many directions that there's no chance of me mapping it.
I struggled on this run, and fell behind a few times. My group adjusted for me though (thanks Anthony!) I think the heat is really getting to me, because I was a little dizzy and lightheaded in the second half. Definitely feeling like I'm not in shape yet, despite like 6 weeks of very consistent training. Also realizing how long 40 minutes is (seemingly very long)
after we did 6 striders (barefooted) and strength.
Also, we passed the hill at WIS where Sarah Pillard and I attended a wedding when we were really little. I think this is the only other time I've been there, and it was exactly as I remembered it. I remember very clearly playing with a little blond girl on a grassy hill. I think there was some spinning involved also.
