Comments:
Instead of doing the tempo by myself, I decided to go to a small race at Greystone Park to do it. I considered racing, but I decided against it. Classic high schoolers sprinted it out, and then two guys and I took the lead. I kept the same pace and felt comfortable, right around 5:50 pace the whole way. I basically didn't change pace much for the whole thing, and one kid went ahead of me and one guy fell back. I could've gone for the win but I decided to keep it a tempo and save the kick for when I need it haha. Felt good and the weather was great.
