Overall I felt pretty good. My back felt better than it did yesterday. We did a 1 mile time trial which I did in 4:49 with 800m splits of (2:20/2:29) so felt pretty good in that. It was on the grass with some hills and stuff so overall I was pleased with that. Then we did some hill repeats. Felt pretty good in those and overall had a good morning session. Evening session later.
