We did the first 5 miles doing a double-extended light house, by going out through stewart park, out to the lighthouse, and back the same way. This was taken pretty easily by most people, but we still didn't have a very good pack as some were going significantly faster than others could handle.
During the tempo, most people split up a little, though they could still keep the others in sight. I think almost everyone really put their best foot forward for this though some people were feeling a little injured. I also mapped out the boynton mile that we used for this, and found it to be significantly over a mile.
We finished with drills, strides, and foot drills and then had an abs circle with the four girls that were there.
