work the hills day at STA. started out with a really big group, and when we split in two, I was feeling pretty good, so I kept going. Started to feel less good after that. Also, towards the end, I started to get a little asthmatic. I didn't have an asthma attack or anything, it just got harder to breathe. It kind of feels like you're breathing through a filter or something, or like your throat has gotten smaller. anyways, it was good to get in a harder day!
