2:30 pm Started at the nature center, took the pet trails to the bottom of the Big Hill for an 18 minute warm up. Did 4x1.33 miles on a relatively flat but rolling loop with 1 minute to recover.

Took two minutes between #3 and #4, the heat was really getting to me. 10 minutes down.
