Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After the mess that was yesterday, I wanted to run alone, and take it a little easier. I also brought my inhaler just in case, but my breathing was mostly fine today.
My route was really hilly. I took oregon to ridge road, and then went back on broad branch and nebraska. Despite the more leisurely pace, my muscles were quite tired, which doesn't usually happen to me. My hamstrings especially were really tired. I guess I just need to do more leg strengthening. This is a little disheartening, given that I've been running for 2 months now, but there's still time.

At one point I saw a guy wearing bright orange short shorts, and was shocked that it wasn't someone I know. Also I saw the doctor who birthed me (and also was the reason my parents met.)
