Wow!
That was a very tough workout for me!
I feel great now knowing i could do that!
Haha.
I did two today, tomorrow morning i will be doing 3, oh boy.
I tryed taking the down hill as slow as i could so i could get energy to go up faster, and it totally worked!
Rachael and i did our second one way faster than our first, which was what we were trying to do!
