Exercise Type: Run

Weather: reallly humid, pretty hot too

new trails, didn't even feel my foot at all until just over 40 min in when it started hurting kinda badly, not as painful as the last time it hurt while running but not good, was going kinda fast for most of it so that might have triggered it, out in 25:57 to bradley and was headed for at least an even split which was good cause the pace felt accurate, jogged the last mile or so in and pain wore off eventually, lots of icing afterward, hopefully it will keep getting better, found out my time trials are a week from friday
