Weather: Very HOT.

Comments:
Mile repeats on the course. My favorite workout ever.

I hit times in the High 5:40s in the beginning and dropped to high 5:50s in the end. 5:53 average about. Did them with Top 6. Scott was way up there doing them under 5:30, Shank and Sam were just a bit in front of me each time and I mainly stayed with David. Good hard day while still recovering.

Injury is getting better each and every day (Thank God once again) but blisters are still on my toe but they aren't too much of a bother. I switched shoes today because the Nike Sky Raiders had more room for my toes to move around more, which is actually worse in this case.
