Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Throwback to the GOAT high school track workout because I need to develop some footspeed on short notice.
The workout was 10x(400m run, 400m jogging rest) for a total of 5 miles, 2.5 miles at 2 mile race pace.

The 400m jogging rests were slow (8-10min/mile pace).

400m run splits:
75, 74, 74, 76, 74, 75, 74, 74, 75, 71

Ran by myself, so I am happy with the average of just over 74s. In high school when I was peaking and running with a training partner I could get to around 72-73s average with similar rest times.
