Weather: 5:20 - Cloudy...sprinkled a little rain

Comments:
ran 1.5 miles, walked a couple of miles, ran 3 miles, walked a couple of miles

I felt rally good running but....my back/butt is hurting today. Took 1 Tylenol at 6:00 am for headache. It has worn off. Stretched and used foam roller but not near long enough. Muscles were very tight!
