Comments:
Mile warm up. 2 on 2 off 3 on 3off 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off 1 on 1 off 2 on 2 off 2on cool down. The first two amd second 3 were going up the old cross hill to the bluff. The rest were all around the outside of the bluff. Felt ok.
