5 mile drive

Attendance: Me, Jake, Silas, Neil, Ian, and Matt Lin

We did a standard five mile drive, nothing special about it. Matt Lin stayed back a little ways, but the rest of us we all pretty clumped together. We were taking it pretty quick for a day with not only a double, but also right after a workout. I felt pretty good, with a only a little pain in my calf and foot. Ian was really tired from yesterday's workout, but everyone else seemed really good and strong.

We finished with drills, strides, abs, hips, and then general stretching. The stretches were probably a huge help to my legs. We talked a lot about the upcoming season e.g. plans for runs, competition with Corning, goals, name games. I am looking forward to the first day.
