Comments:
ana and I met Isabel somewhere on Tennyson and decided to head out on her mom's power walking loop, which goes on tennyson to that asphalt trail on the edge of the park and then back up those killer hills on Northampton, and broadbranch to Isabel's house. Isabel's starting to get sick so we left her at her house and went home. I extended around the block, which happens to be .5 miles, just like at school. (technically its .55, but close enough *cough* zeke *cough*) Really nice to have Isabel home to run with!
Strength: crunch rotation (40 secs each) and 2 sets of 20 push-ups
