Today we did a really short four mile run. We went out way faster than we were suppose to for the first mile and had to slow down. The first three miles still ended up being slightly over 24 minutes anyway, which I realized was just 2 minutes away from my cross country PR last season. This made me wonder how much faster I've become since last year. At this point I know I've started running faster, but I'm excited for the time trial this weekend to get an idea of how much faster I am now. Originally, my only goal for this season was to photobomb some of the Elmira girl's pictures, but now I think I should come up with a different, more running-related goal.
