Comments:
Got onto the treadmill after my cousin. Felt really good, and I maintained comfortable conversation with my cousin the whole time. The monotony of your surroundings when running on a treadmill is inescapable, but conversation makes a shocking amount of difference. I had originally planned to go for 35, and even though I had already done 10 minutes on the bike, I really felt like hitting 40.
