Comments:
first workout! I was in a big group of Rappahannockss doing 6 by the little loop (which I think someone said was around 300 meters or maybe a little less.) I felt pretty decent, except on the last one where breathing started to deteriorate. So overall not a killer workout but obviously still challenging. I really enjoyed getting to breakfast at 9:00 having already done a hard workout, and then being super hungry and getting to eat a lot.
