Comments:
I remember last year the state park was my favorite run, and it didn't disappoint this year (although it wasn't my absolute favorite). I was really tight, so the warmup was difficult, as all warmups were this week. The extended stretch felt great, and then I enjoyed a nice, relaxed, short run with the neighborhood crew plus a few others. Although towards the end and afterwards I did have pain in the shin again.
