Did a pretty easy paced run with Liam, Jake, Neil, Silas, Cole, Soren, and Chester. We stayed at a good pace, but I was really not feeling great for the run. My stomach was hurting, I had a crick in my neck after lifting, and it was really hot. I thought having an offday would make me feel a lot better, but whatever.
We finished with drills, strides, and Coach Liam quick abs lead by Cole. I think having Cole leading them made them also go a lot quicker, because he is generally one of the slower, goofier kids, everyone listened to him. Took us about 5 minutes for a good workout. Unfortunately that was only for some of us, because many others were just lying down or only doing half of the exercises. I tried to be motivational, but it had really short-term, 15 second, success.
