Cresting hills

Warm up was pretty good. We stayed as one big group and stayed at a steady pace. We started with a Boynton mile and then went around to a footbridge and back to the cemetery.

I did the workout with Jake, Neil, Ian, and Cole. The first few were pretty fast, but I felt fine. The worst two were 5 and 6, because I was already pretty tired, and not that close to the end. Last ones were better. We stayed pretty much in a pack throughout the entire thing, generally Neil was leading. I think I am not quite as good at cresting as the other boys, so thats something good I could work on.

The cooldown was nice and slow. Went out to Devon road and back down. We finished with hurdles, though I was sort of distracted with the soccer game going on.
