Comments:
Easy five miles today. I was feeling the effects of yesterdays run plus it was real early in the morning. I am going to have to start training my body to be ready to operate without a cigarette or mt. dew first thing. I want to start trying to run before the sun comes up when I can. Well about 35 days until the marathon, if I am smart and dedicated I can still have a decent debut in the marathon. I just need something positive to push me for the rest of the racing season!!
