Lift in the morning - hard day
warm up to northpark...I was in the second group and Dana helped push me along. 6,5,4,3,2,1 min with half the rest for each interval. I think it was a good workout. I didn't kill myself but it was a hard effort.
cool down, abs, stretch, first ice bath of the season SO COLD o.o
