Comments:
Today was really fun. Despite being a little sore in the quads from yesterday, I felt light and fresh, and I was in an especially good mood after successfully completing the first week of school. Sahil was purposefully keeping the pace controlled for his workout tomorrow, so I made the decision to keep him company when the larger group started to speed up. The time went by super quickly--a combined result of the trail-running effect and great conversation. The big group of boys caught up to us at the stoplight crossing Nebraska, so we picked it up a bit and ran the way back with them on 42nd. Looking ahead to this weekend, I think I'm going to run on Saturday and Sunday and take the holiday off, even though that means 8 consecutive days.
