Sandbank

Comments:
We took the first part of the run pretty easy. I felt really good going into Sandbank. The hill wasn't as bad as I thought, but I was a solid 50 behind Jake, Ian, and Silas by the top. We stopped briefly after cresting so I was able to catch up to them. We started going quite a bit quicker when we got to the top of the hill, and continued that way almost all the way back to the high school.

My left knee hurt at various parts on this run, but faded in and out. It was never too bad that I had to stop running, so I stayed with the pack the entire way.
