First run with Nora

Comments:
Since Nora just started middle school xc, she decided to come with me for a 2 mile run so that she could see what it is like. I'm so glad that we can run together now! The weather was awesome and we were feeling ok, so we decided to extend a little bit. When we got home, we did the plank progression and dead bugs.
