Ran with mainly Simon, Cole, and Coach Liam. We were at a much easier pace than the big boys, because I was feeling pretty beat up. We got up to IC, but instead of going the normal way back down Coach wanted to go back on the recway to keep it soft. This ended up adding on an extra mile but it was no big deal.

I was a little late to getting my sister so I left after just drills and foot drills, however on my way home I found Darren and Walter way up by Beebe lake so I picked them up since it was almost 6:20 at this point and they had done well over 7 miles. I drove them back to the high school, and ended up being quite late, though I now had a valid excuse.
