Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I feel as if I got the official Anthony Belber long term injury talk today. It was the first time I looked at my involvement in this season realistically and my whole situation realistically and it sucks, but there are things in life that suck more and so I gave myself a few minutes to mourn my cross country 2k15 competitive season and then I celebrated the invention of the elliptical with party. I went 10 mins strong finishing 1 min hard then took a walking break then did 5 mins strong finishing with 1 min hard. I then foam rolled which took so much effort and finished strength work and cooled down and iced. I am still excited for this team's season because I know its going to be a good one.
