Tempo day. Was supposed to do 4, but I dropped off so hard after the first 1.5 miles that Coach wanted me to stop, so I jogged the last mile back. HR was 192, which is really damn high. Then cool down to the track, 3x300, then to Veale. Coach thinks I'm broken.
