Comments:
I made up another route for this morning's run, spending a lot of time on North Hoosic road before realizing that in my drowsiness I'd been out for 21 minutes. I then reentered campus via the athletic fields, past Cole and back to my dorm. For the second time since coming to Williams, I did strength work: 15 push-ups, 20 supermen, one-minute six inches, 60 crunches, push-up progression with three of everything, 2:00 prone plank. It's part of my new plan to do a smattering of strength work most mornings, whether I am doubling or not, so that at practice I won't have to bother with it.
