Comments:
dope tempo. Our pace slipped a little which might have been my fault. But I felt like a champ. Probably best feeling tempo since freshman year. Could have gone another mile easily faster too. Some guys picked it up way too much in the last half mile which I don't understand but that happened. I let them go and closed in 5:50. Next week we'll get it faster
