Comments:
I felt pretty good during the workout. Grace and I were working really well together, for the first 200-300 meters Grace went out fast and I just hung on behind her. Around the 400 meter mark, she would start to fall back and I would take over the lead. We usually finished within one second of each other except for on the last one.
