Comments:
did some 800s with my favorite wantons today.
my breathing was really bad at the very beginning, but seemed to kind of loosen up a bit throughout the workout. It still bothered me a bit but I was careful not to let it get worse. and also it was probably partly mental at the beginning.
I was assigned to do 4 800s but after the 3rd I asked to do more so that Gillian wouldn't be alone, since she was doing more than anyone else. So Anthony let me do the 6th but not teh 5th. Despite the long recovery (during which I think my muscles kinda tightened up a bit) I didn't have much energy and focus during the last one until the last 200 meters or so. I was weirdly dizzy after each one but I was fine once we had done the recovery.
