Sweet tempo. Joe and I were cruisin.
didn't bring watch so these splits are approximate
first mile around 6 flat, mile 2 just under 6
mile 3,4 avg 5:45. Felt so good, still tempo pace. Could have sped up and continued for a mile too. I dont even know how, I got 4 hours of sleep. This makes no sense. Heartrate measurement was delayed probably 30 seconds but I got 145 so thats pretty sweet.
