Comments:
Did my run from my doctors office on connecticut avenue and finished at home. I went away from home on Connecticut toward Cleveland park, turned around at Ordway at around 14.5 minutes. Then I went back on Connecticut to Chevy Chase circle and then home on Rittenhouse. Connecticut always makes me have great runs because the thousands of stop lights make you feel fast. It's great to feel like you don't want to stop. I didn't hit as many lights as I thought I would but it's still a lot. I kind of forgot that I'm racing in 2 days and maybe did a bit longer than I should have.
