Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
Made it to the gym. 5 min warmup and 6 min hard with 3 min recovery. Tried to keep my RPM above 100 as a way of simulating having people near me. (Resistance was at 6, which of oourse means nothing if you haven't been on that particular bike). Felt hard and my muscles were tired after, but I know it would've been worse on a track.
