Comments:
Not a fun run for me. This is the worst my leg has felt while running in a long time, I was just in discomfort for about the last 4 miles. The whole run I was hoping we would just hit red lights so that I would have a chance to stop running. We were trying to think of new runs to do because we basically only do a few runs over and over again. You know it is getting desperate when Zoe suggests running laps of Stewart Park. Conflicted because I love hill workouts and I was looking forward all week to the hill workout, but I'm not sure if its a smart thing to do after how I felt this run.
