Comments:
Still at three for the season. Oh well... North on Connecticut to the CCT, which I took to Dorset to Wisconsin to home. I felt really good, aside from the expected soreness, which was most prevalent in my right calf. I think it's because it was compensating for a still-weak right ankle. I ran without the brace, hence the choice to stick to super flat terrain. It felt good, but I'm finding it hard to turn corners. I need to keep doing the ankle strengthening routine.
