3k, 2k, 1k, 800...400 reco at the RR track with Ken and Johnny
Kept it around 515-520 pace for everything, felt good considering a 5AM start to the work day - up at 4AM

Ken did another set, I went to stout and burger night at deagans, two sets are too aggressive less than two weeks from the peace race
