Felt like crap again today so decided to wind things back a bit. I the back of my mind I knew I should have taken a down week sooner but the stubborn side of me said not keep going just gotta push through it.

We'll after two days of feeling dead on the run decided it just wasn't worth it. This run was supposed to be 12.24 miles and I cut it to 8. I'll probably take Friday off completely and reasses where I'm at over the weekend.

Would rather have myself wanting to train than get burnded out mentally and physically and just quit for months like has happened in the past.
