Comments:
had an ok workout. it wasn't torture but it wasn't fun either. I did 6x400. My muscles felt tight and my breathing was bad before I even got to the track. My breathing was bad for the last 150 meters or so of each interval but by the time I finished the cool down I was recovered enough to keep going.
