Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6x~150 meters (?) today on a couple fields near Turtle Park. Sprinting is fun! I did them all with Gillian and Isabel. It went by really quickly. It was also nice to not be on a track. It was pressureless and you really could run how you felt. This was one of those days that I referred to in my thing about why I run. :D

also thanks rhianna for the shoutout. I'm going to take this opportunity to tell you all about one of the proudest moments of my life. ISL Track Championships last year. Rhianna and I were cheering back in the woods area on the far side of the track and then we decided to sprint back to the main area to meet people who had just finished racing. As some of you may know, there is a fence that you have to get over. Without breaking stride, I hopped the fence the way people do in movies. It was pretty smooth. Some of you might think this ending to the story is anticlimactic but you would be wrong. It was an excellent moment.
