Comments:
Since we weren't going to have practice because of the impending storm, I met Matt Rock at Paresky at 8:00am, joined by D-money for the first 15 minutes. Rock and I ran Northwest Hill, which happens to coincide with the Shadowbrook run, so it looked familiar. Not sure when we turned around, but the pace stayed pretty relaxed the whole time, fine by me given how I felt after yesterday's workout.

I did get eight hours of sleep, but that was after I completely gave up doing work for the night. And now I will have to stay in Sawyer for the entire day to reach any semblance of academic preparedness for anything. With sleep I mainly go through cycles of, "I have so much work I need to stay up late to finish it" for three nights, before giving in and getting a solid night of sleep, and then starting anew the next night. Goal for the winter: a more regular sleep schedule.
