Its been a while! To be honest I haven't worked out much since i got here in San Antonio. Ive found a club soccer team that I practice with every week so I am covered on that front but I haven't done much outside of that to stay in any shape. Realizing that its basically November and time to get my stuff together I worked out tonight. Went on the bike to take it easy, to be honest my leg has gotten really week again so I thought it might be smart to work it back up again, then finished with leg lifts and planks/plank leg lifts and pushups
