So after feeling like crap last week and traveling last weekend just kinda decided to just recover for the week. So that was dece. Not as refreshing as I'd have liked.

Back at it today. Went to visit Ben in Amherst and then drove into conference. Was really fun to catch the races. Kinda an up and down day for the teams but still nice to be there. Course was cool and it was just nice to be there experiencing UAAs again.

Ran when we got back to Amherst. It's so beautiful running around there. Felt real good. Real nice to run with someone and get some hills too. For sure legit.
